Baños de Montemayor es un municipio y localidad española de la provincia de Cáceres, en la comunidad autónoma de Extremadura. Se sitúa al norte de la provincia, en el valle del Ambroz, limitando con la provincia de Salamanca. Con una población de 749 habitantes , es conocido por sus baños termales de origen romano.
