Taramundi es un concejo de la comunidad autónoma del Principado de Asturias, en España, una parroquia de dicho concejo y una villa perteneciente a esta parroquia. La villa de Taramundi es la capital del concejo y está limitando con la provincia de Lugo.El concejo limita al norte con San Tirso de Abres y Vegadeo, al este con Villanueva de Oscos y Vegadeo, al sur con Santa Eulalia de Oscos y Lugo, y al oeste con Lugo de nuevo.
