El Romeral es un municipio y localidad española de la provincia de Toledo, en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla-La Mancha. Cuenta con una población de 568 habitantes .El nombre de El Romeral obedece al hecho de que antiguamente abundaban en la zona muchos arbustos de romero que servían de leña y que aún son visibles en la Sierra de El Romeral y en los cerros donde se asientan los Molinos de Viento.
