Cabezuela del Valle es un municipio y localidad española de la provincia de Cáceres, en la comunidad autónoma de Extremadura. Con más de 2000 habitantes, es el municipio más poblado de la comarca. Perteneciente a la comarca del Valle del Jerte, el pueblo está ubicado en la carretera N-110, entre Navaconcejo y Jerte. Es atravesado por el río Jerte y su altitud es de 515 msnm. En el término municipal se encuentran los restos del despoblado de Vadillo.
