En los últimos años, esta panadería de barrio y de estilo familiar sufrió un ascenso meteórico hasta situarse como uno de los mejores hornos del Estado. En gran parte fue por la visión creativa, y enfocada a la restauración, de Daniel –uno de los hermanos Jordà herederos del negocio–. Ahora que se lo ha montado por su cuenta, la Trinitat continúa haciendo lo que había hecho siempre, servir a la clientela del barrio desde la tienda. Con el añadido de una colección de panes que no se encuentra en todas partes, de grandísima calidad.
