La Fundación Comillas del Español y la Cultura Hispánica es una organización privada sin ánimo de lucro, cuyo objetivo principal es la puesta en marcha, desarrollo y gestión de un centro de excelencia dedicado a la promoción y enseñanza especializada de la lengua y la cultura hispánicas.
La sede de la Fundación y del Centro Internacional de Estudios Superiores del Español se ubica en el Seminario Mayor del antiguo edificio de la Universidad Pontificia Comillas, en la localidad de Comillas, en la comunidad autónoma de Cantabria .
