El Teatro Albéniz era uno de los teatros más céntricos de Madrid , ubicado en el n.º 11 de la calle de la Paz. Se inauguró, con un aforo de mil butacas, en el año 1945 clausurándose en el año 2009.[2] El teatro fue diseñado inicialmente por un conjunto de arquitectos, del que destaca finalmente Manuel Ambrós Escanellas.Tras diversos problemas legales, el teatro cerró definitivamente en el año 2009.
