La Jaca es un barrio costero del municipio de Arico, al sur de la isla de Tenerife . Se encuentra situado a escasos metros sobre el nivel del mar, ocupando el margen derecho del Barranco de Los Moriscos, entre Abades y Tajao. Linda al norte con otro barrio costero llamado La Listada, del que la separa un pequeño barranco.
El pueblo debe su nombre a un pequeño cangrejo conocido como "Jaca" que antiguamente abundaba en la zona.
