La Plaza del Cabildo Mirador también se llama Mirador Peña Nueva .

Tiene una vista maravillosa del río Guadalete y el campo circundante . Es uno de los panoramas más bellos de la provincia. Pero no sólo la vista de la zona es magnífica, sino que también la vista de la plaza con la basílica, la puerta de entrada al ayuntamiento y el castillo hacen que sea una zona preciosa para visitar.
