El Cementerio Municipal de Olvera se encuentra a las afueras del pueblo , al que conduce el camino del mismo nombre.
Rodeada de olivos, encontramos un recinto rectangular con un pequeño anexo al final. Siete hornacinas abren la entrada al cementerio, situadas a ambos lados de una nave central que da paso a una plaza arbolada y continúa en la zona de enterramientos de tierra, que son pocos, dejando el terreno desnivelado y descuidado. Adjunto al cementerio se encuentran las instalaciones de la morgue local.
