Pájaro-Jaula es obra de Luis Quintero.
Este monumento fue dedicado en 2008 para conmemorar el 200 aniversario de la Constitución.
El pájaro, símbolo de la libertad, está enclavado en una especie de jaula y hace referencia a la opresión que la Carta Magna elimina de su texto.
La idea del pájaro representa la libertad infinita, sin límites, y la jaula simboliza su carencia , su opresión. La cola también simboliza la escalera hacia esa preciosa libertad.
