Esta plaza está ubicada en el límite entre los distritos de San Lorenzo y San Vicente y cuenta con una serie de obras cerámicas relacionadas con diferentes religiones.

La plaza es también lugar de homenaje a personajes ilustres como el torero Joselito el Gallo. En la plaza también encontrarás la iglesia de San Lorenzo y La basílica del Gran Poder, este es el lugar de reunión de la hermandad Jesús del Gran Poder. En Sevilla hay muchas cofradías diferentes que realizan una procesión durante la Semana Santa. La iglesia de San Lorenzo fue construida en el siglo XIII y la plaza lleva este nombre desde entonces.
