Dit plein bevindt zich op de grens tussen de wijken San Lorenzo en San Vicente en heeft een aantal keramieken werken staan die te maken hebben met verschillende religiën.
Het plein is ook een plek voor herdenkingsmonumenten van bekende mensen zoals de stierenvechter Joselito el Gallo. Op het plein vind je ook de San Lorenzo kerk en La basílica del Gran Poder, dit is de verzamelplek voor het broederschap Jesús del Gran Poder. In Sevilla zijn er veel verschillende broederschappen die met Semana Santa een processie houden. In de 13e eeuw is de San Lorenzo kerk gebouwd en sindsdien heeft het plein deze naam.
