Neuvy-Grandchamp es una población y comuna francesa, en la región de Borgoña, departamento de Saona y Loira, en el distrito de Charolles y cantón de Gueugnon.
Neuvy-Grandchamp se encuentra a 328 kilómetros de París y 159 kilómetros de Lyon. Con 4 964 hectáreas, la comuna de Neuvy-Grandchamps es el municipio más extenso del cantón de Gueugnon. Sin embargo, en 1869, la ciudad cedió 298 hectáreas para contribuir a la formación de la nueva comuna de Les Guerreaux. Situada en una zona de colinas, la población casi alcanza los 400 metros sobre el nivel del mar y se extiende 10 kilómetros de norte a sur y 8 km de este a oeste.
