La Marchand de Dune es una reserva natural nacional que abarca una parte de las dunas entre Bray-Dunes y Zuidkote.
La duna fue clasificada en 1974 y entre 1980 y 2004 se adquirieron 108 ha de área duna por el Conservatoire du littoral. La reserva natural aquí incluye 83 ha de ello.
