La iglesia de San Anatoile es una iglesia católica del siglo XIII de estilo gótico borgoñón situada en Salins-les-Bains, en el Jura. El edificio está clasificado como monumento histórico desde 1846.
En el siglo VI, se construyó una capilla sobre la tumba de san Anatoile, un ermitaño escocés del siglo V, que se retiró en las laderas del monte Belin cerca de Salins-les-Bains, conocido por el episodio del milagro de las aguas saladas. Esta construcción reemplaza una capilla anterior dedicada a san Sinforiano y a santa Águeda.
