El parque natural regional del Alto Jura es un parque natural regional francés ubicado en el suroeste de la cadena montañosa del Jura en Francia, en la frontera franco-suiza.
El parque fue creado el 10 de febrero de 1986 y en ese momento comprendía 37 localidades. A partir de 2005, ese número ha aumentado a 113 localidades, con una población total de 71,000 habitantes. El parque cubre un área de 165,000 hectáreas en tres departamentos franceses: Ain, Doubs y Jura.
