El castillo de Levaré está situado en el territorio del municipio de Levaré, en el departamento de Mayenne. Está inscrito en el registro de Monumentos Históricos desde el 30 de octubre de 2006.
El primer sitio del castillo data del siglo XI. Entonces era propiedad de una familia de caballería conocida bajo el nombre de Hamelinus Cognonime Livaricus, señor de Lévaré. A finales de ese mismo siglo, pertenece a Robert de Gorron, señor de la Tannière y de Lévaré.
