La basílica [de] Nuestra Señora de Orcival es una iglesia medieval francesa de estilo románico auvernés situada en Orcival en el departamento de Puy-de-Dôme, en la región de Auvernia-Ródano-Alpes. Fue declarada basílica menor el 17 de julio de 1894.[1]
Es una de las cinco iglesias románicas de Auvernia llamadas «mayores» , con la basílica de Nuestra Señora del Puerto de Clermont-Ferrand, la iglesia de San Austremonio de Issoire, la iglesia de Saint-Nectaire y la iglesia de Notre-Dame de Saint-Saturnin.
