La iglesia de Saint-Crépin-et-Saint-Crépinien es una iglesia destinada al culto católico, situada en Azay-sur-Indre, en el departamento de Indre-et-Loire, Francia. Construida en el siglo XII, fue remodelada en los siglos XV y XVI.
La iglesia se encuentra en el departamento francés de Indre-et-Loire, en la comuna de Azay-sur-Indre. Está construida a mitad de la ladera que domina la orilla izquierda del Indre; las viviendas más antiguas del pueblo se agrupan a su alrededor.
