La antigua iglesia colegiata de Saint-Didier es un importante edificio gótico en el casco antiguo de Aviñón. El santo que da nombre a la iglesia es San Desiderio de Langres.
Saint-Didier fue construida a partir de 1356 como iglesia del cabildo del mismo nombre y fue consagrada ya el 20 de septiembre de 1359. Sustituyó a un edificio anterior que ya no cumplía con las aspiraciones de representación de la ciudad residencia de los papas. El cardenal Bertrand de Deaux había destinado una parte de su herencia para la nueva construcción. El arquitecto principal fue Jacques Alasaud, quien anteriormente había participado de manera significativa en la construcción del Palacio de los Papas en Aviñón. Ambas edificaciones comparten el estilo de planta cuadrada y escasa decoración.
