El mercado de Valréas se celebra dos veces a la semana en la capital del enclave de los papas, cada miércoles por la mañana desde mediados del siglo XVI y cada sábado por la mañana desde mediados del siglo XVII. A sus dos históricos mercados de Valréas, se ha unido, de noviembre a marzo, un mercado de trufas desde principios del siglo XX, que es el tercero más importante del departamento de Vaucluse.
