El Seuil de Naurouze es un paso montañoso de 189 m de altura en el sur de Francia, cerca del lugar Labastide-d'Anjou.
El punto está ubicado en la frontera de los departamentos de Haute-Garonne y Aude, y fue identificado como una divisoria de aguas por Pierre-Paul Riquet cuando diseñó y construyó el Canal du Midi. Al oeste del punto, el agua fluye hacia el Océano Atlántico. Al este del punto, hacia el Mar Mediterráneo.
