El monasterio de San Gregorio o monasterio de San Gregorius, también conocido como la abadía de Münster en Gregoriental, fue un monasterio benedictino en la ciudad de Münster en Alsacia. Estaba dedicado a San Gregorio Magno. Existió hasta la secularización en 1791. Los edificios fueron destruidos en gran medida durante la Primera Guerra Mundial.
Alrededor de 660-675, el monasterio fue fundado durante el reinado del duque Eticho. En 826 se confirmó la inmunidad. Los emperadores Hohenstaufen Federico I y Federico II otorgaron al monasterio ricas donaciones.
