Ouvrage Coume Annexe Sud es una obra menor de la Línea Maginot. Ubicada en el Sector Fortificado de Boulay, la obra consta de dos bloques de infantería, un bloque de artillería y un bloque de observación, y se encuentra entre los pequeños ouvrages Coume y Mottemberg, frente a Alemania.
El sitio fue inspeccionado por CORF, la agencia de diseño y construcción de la Línea Maginot; Coume fue aprobado para su construcción en mayo de 1931. Se completó a un costo de 13 millones de francos. El pequeño ouvrage iba a recibir un bloque de entrada separado en una segunda fase, que nunca se llevó a cabo.
