El Grande Aiguille Rousse es un pico de la montaña de los Alpes grayos en Saboya, Francia, situado entre los valles de Maurienne y Tarentaise, cerca de la frontera con Italia. Se eleva a una altitud de 3.482 metros, supera a su menor al oeste, la Petite Aiguille Rousse, por solo 50 m. No muy lejos de Levanna, la Grande Aiguille Rousse domina el lago Serrù y el parque nacional del Gran Paraíso en Italia.
