El castillo de Vaillac, notable monumento de los siglos XV y XVII, le abre sus puertas para una visita al corazón de la historia durante una parte del verano (ver más abajo los días de apertura).
Ejemplo emblemático de los castillos militares de la Baja Edad Media en la región de Quercy, la visita permite revivir la historia de los señores de Vaillac, repleta de anécdotas, y descubrir un conjunto de edificios, en particular las antiguas caballerizas fortificadas, donde se desarrollaba la vida de los señores de Vaillac en tiempos pasados. Rara pintura mural de la Edad Media.
