El obispado de Le Puy-en-Velay es una sede de la Iglesia Católica en Francia, sufragánea de la archidiócesis de Clermont. En 2013 contaba con 181.700 bautizados sobre una población de 231.877 habitantes. Actualmente está regido por el obispo Luc Crépy, C.I.M.
La sede episcopal es la ciudad de Le Puy-en-Velay, donde se encuentra la catedral de Notre-Dame du Puy. En Brioude se encuentra la basílica de san Julián.
