El diócesis de Nantes es una circunscripción territorial de la Iglesia católica en Francia que corresponde al departamento de Loira Atlántico.
El diócesis de Nantes formaba parte del Arquidiócesis de Tours hasta 2002. En 2003, las regiones eclesiásticas fueron reorganizadas para corresponder mejor a las regiones administrativas. El diócesis de Nantes forma parte ahora de la nueva provincia eclesiástica de Rennes que agrupa los diócesis de las regiones Bretaña y País del Loira.
