La fortaleza de Bilstein es la ruina de un castillo en lo alto situada cerca de Urbeis, en Alsacia Baja. Para distinguirla del cercano castillo homónimo de Bilstein en Riquewihr, la fortaleza se llama también Bilstein lorena, ya que dominaba un importante paso de montaña hacia Lorena y en ocasiones también estuvo en posesión lorena.
