La iglesia de San Fermin es la iglesia parroquial de la localidad de Saint-Firmin-lès-Crotoy, que pertenece al municipio de Le Crotoy, situado en el departamento francés de Somme.
La existencia de una iglesia en este lugar fue mencionada por primera vez en 1197. Una acuarela de 1850 muestra la iglesia en su estado de entonces, antes de que se llevara a cabo una profunda remodelación a finales del siglo XIX. En esta, la nave románica fue reemplazada por una nave neogótica de ladrillo, cuyo techo quedó a la misma altura que el coro, que anteriormente era más alto que la nave.
