Fue construida hacia 1852 por el maestro ferretero Alexandre GOUVY y se convirtió en la residencia de vacaciones favorita de su hermano, el compositor Théodore Gouvy. En la actualidad, la Villa alberga la sede del Instituto Théodore Gouvy, que ha recuperado la reputación de este músico olvidado publicando e interpretando sus obras en todo el mundo. La Villa no suele estar abierta al público, por lo que se ruega concertar una cita con el Institut Théodore Gouvy.
