Impregnada por la presencia humana milenaria de este lugar, quise hacerme eco creando en el sitio del antiguo convento, un jardín que reúne plantas de la era secundaria. Cultivar las primeras plantas en este lugar habitado desde la prehistoria. Plantar y preservar especies amenazadas por el cultivo intensivo. Me inspiró también este excepcional paraje que domina el río Dordogne, el jardín fue ideado con la preocupación constante de integrarlo en las perspectivas del paisaje que lo rodea. El jardín ha evolucionado prestando atención a las plantas. El trazado de algunos caminos se ha acentuado, algunas perspectivas han sido despejadas. Desde entonces, ha obtenido el sello "Jardin Remarquable".
