La iglesia fue donada a Montiéramey en 1152 por Godofredo de la Roche, obispo de Langres. A finales del siglo XV, el señorío fue comprado por Philippe de Lenoncourt, alguacil de Bar-sur-Seine. Santuario y crucero del siglo XII. Nave y campanario-porche del siglo XVIII.
Iglesia con planta de cruz latina; nave única; doble brazo del transepto sur; ábside rectangular; torre-porche.
