L'église fut donnée en 1152 à Montiéramey par Godefroi de la Roche, évêque de Langres. A la fin du 15e siècle, la seigneurie fut achetée par Philippe de Lenoncourt, bailli de Bar-sur-Seine. Sanctuaire et transept du 12e siècle. Nef et clocher-porche du 18e siècle.
Église à plan en croix latine ; nef à vaisseau unique ; bras du transept sud double ; abside rectangulaire ; tour-porche.
