El Museo Municipal de Arqueología Paul Soyris de Murviel-les-Montpellier está dedicado exclusivamente a los restos de excavaciones arqueológicas realizadas en el municipio.
En una decena de vitrinas, los objetos dan testimonio de la ocupación del municipio durante los periodos neolítico y galo-romano, incluyendo esculturas, inscripciones y objetos funerarios.
Al norte del pueblo, en el antiguo yacimiento de Castellas, las excavaciones desentierran constantemente hallazgos que pueden exponerse en el museo.
