En la Route des 3 Abbayes, Etival la romane se alza, en toda su belleza, a orillas del Valdange.
Cuando en 1147 se convirtió en una importante abadía de la orden premonstratense, Etival ya se había cruzado en el camino de grandes personalidades, como Santa Odile o Richarde, emperatriz y reina de Francia.
Una vez atravesadas las puertas de la fachada del siglo XVIII, le sorprenderá descubrir una magnífica iglesia abacial románica, rica en la evolución de la arquitectura a lo largo de los siglos.
Le esperan capiteles románicos, un coro gótico, una sillería de coro del siglo XVIII, un jardín claustral y fortificaciones.
En la Oficina de Turismo hay disponibles documentos de visita para jóvenes y mayores.
