Esta torre, que data del siglo XIV, es, junto con la torre del homenaje, el único vestigio de las fortificaciones que rodeaban la ciudad. Está construida en torno a una escalera de caracol. El parapeto ofrece una vista impresionante de la ciudad de Argentan.
