Realizada en granulita blanca, es una cruz decorada con flores y con seis figuras, entre ellas Cristo y la Virgen María. Se ha eliminado parte de la cruz de la derecha y se ha alterado el relieve. En el anverso, Cristo con, a su derecha, la Virgen, la cabeza coronada con un velo y las manos juntas, y, a su izquierda, una figura esbozada en la posición de San Juan Evangelista. En el reverso, una Virgen con el Niño rodeada de dos figuras difíciles de identificar y sin atributos reconocibles. Según los habitantes de La Jugie, cerca de esta cruz se colocaba la comida para los apestados o leprosos de Le Chambon.
