El lago de Sainte-Hélène, de 70 hectáreas, es ideal para practicar piragüismo, kayak, esquí acuático, wakeboard, pesca, vela y alquiler de canoas. Natación vigilada del 1 de julio al 31 de agosto (excepto los miércoles) de 13:30 a 19:00 h. Deportes náuticos, incluidas embarcaciones a motor. Parque infantil, terreno polideportivo, playa sombreada, rutas de senderismo señalizadas (bicicleta de montaña, senderismo y equitación), geocaching, pistas de petanca, voleibol. Servicios: aseos, puesto de socorro, etc. Para los pescadores: pesca de carpas (pesca nocturna en algunas zonas), alburnos, cucarachas, tencas, bremas, lucios.. Varios pantalanes de pesca, uno de ellos accesible para minusválidos y personas con movilidad reducida (frente al camping), y un sendero familiar.
