La Casa Honoris Causa nació de la pasión de un hombre por el té. De taza en taza y de viaje en viaje, este gastrónomo perfeccionó su paladar y se convirtió en un experto en el complejo arte de la ceremonia del té. Para comprender los misterios de esta bebida, visitó numerosas plantaciones en China, Ceilán, Nepal y Japón y adquirió sus conocimientos de los arrancadores y productores de todo el mundo.
Gran conocedor de los tés, este "maestro cervecero" es también un experto en botánica y conoce al dedillo las virtudes de las plantas. Selecciona y compone sus mezclas de té e infusiones teniendo en cuenta la sutileza del sabor, la delicadeza de la fragancia y la belleza de sus composiciones.
Siempre en busca de la perfección, su único lema es "Nil sine labore", nada ocurre sin trabajo.
