Ubicado en el antiguo convento de Allois del siglo XVII, a los pies de la catedral. Guy Queroix ofrece una cocina de mercado con un toque de originalidad. Un concepto innovador: aquí no hay menú a la carta. Los platos del chef se basan en productos de temporada. La madera clara y la decoración contemporánea combinan magníficamente con el granito de las piedras antiguas.
