Los Grands Moulins de Paris son un importante ejemplo de los castillos industriales de la aglomeración de Lille. Por su monumentalidad y ubicación, son una de las joyas de la arquitectura neoflamenca de la ciudad. Abandonados desde su cierre en 1989, volverán a la vida en 2021 gracias a un faraónico proyecto de renovación.
