I Grands Moulins de Paris sono un esempio importante dei castelli industriali dell'agglomerato di Lilla. Per la loro monumentalità e posizione, sono uno dei gioielli dell'architettura neofiamminga della città. Lasciati in abbandono dalla loro chiusura nel 1989, saranno riportati in vita entro il 2021 grazie a un faraonico progetto di ristrutturazione.
