El restaurante le 37, a medio camino entre la Bastida y la ciudad medieval, se encuentra en el corazón de la bonita calle Trivalle, que ahora es peatonal en verano.
Benoit Louvet ofrece diariamente una cocina de mercado basada en productos seleccionados de los productores locales
Le 37 dispone de dos salas con un ambiente acogedor: la sala del bar, donde se puede compartir vino y tapas en mesas, y la sala del restaurante, donde se puede comer en bancos de estilo bistró.
El 37 es también el lugar, cada primer viernes del mes, para las veladas de "música sincera"... con un DJ, buen vino y tapas.
