Het restaurant le 37, halverwege tussen de Bastide en de middeleeuwse stad, is genesteld in het hart van de mooie rue Trivalle, die 's zomers autovrij is.
Benoit Louvet biedt dagelijks een marktkeuken op basis van producten van lokale producenten
Le 37 heeft twee zalen met een gezellige sfeer: de barzaal waar u wijn en tapas kunt delen op tafelbladen, en de restaurantzaal waar u kunt eten op banken in bistrostijl.
De 37 is ook de plek, elke eerste vrijdag van de maand, voor "oprechte muziek" avonden... met een DJ, goede wijn en tapas.
