Il ristorante le 37, a metà strada tra la Bastide e la città medievale, si trova nel cuore della graziosa rue Trivalle, ora pedonalizzata in estate.
Benoit Louvet propone ogni giorno una cucina di mercato basata su prodotti selezionati da produttori locali
Le 37 dispone di due sale dall'atmosfera accogliente: la sala bar, dove si possono condividere vini e tapas sui tavoli, e la sala ristorante, dove si può mangiare su panche in stile bistrot.
Il 37 è anche il luogo in cui, ogni primo venerdì del mese, si svolgono le serate di "musica sincera"... con un DJ, buon vino e tapas.
