El restaurante Lore Ttipia está situado en una casa solariega del siglo XVII del Auberge d'Ostape. Dependiendo de su estado de ánimo y del tiempo que haga, podrá cenar en la terraza panorámica con vistas a las montañas o en el comedor contiguo con su mesa de huéspedes.
La bodega de roble, abierta al comedor, revela los mejores vinos de las laderas de Irouléguy y Riojas, así como Pomerols y otros néctares...
La región es la protagonista: trucha de Banka, morcilla, cerdo de Aldudes, queso de oveja de Bidarray... La alta cocina local se sirve bajo la dirección del Chef Manon Grasset.
