Este león labrado en hormigón marcaba la entrada al Puesto Principal de Ayuda (MAS) alemán: KONIGSTEIN. Fue construido entre octubre de 1917 y junio de 1918 por la 635ª Compañía Médica Real de Sajonia, como indica una inscripción en su base.La entrada a los túneles excavados en la ladera de tiza, que en parte encajonan el hospital, todavía es claramente visible.Era una verdadera ciudad que había ocupado su lugar en las cercanías del pueblo de Sugny. En total, 6002 soldados pasarán por este PSP.
