Nattie, fitoterapeuta y naturópata, le da la bienvenida a un magnífico jardín de cantera enclavado en una antigua cantera al aire libre y le invita a recargar las pilas.
El primer paso es un bucólico paseo por esta asombrosa cantera, donde la naturaleza ha recuperado el lugar que le corresponde. A continuación, Nattie le ofrecerá talleres para iniciarle en el arte de extraer recursos naturales de las plantas para mejorar su bienestar.
